I am not able to get online, i even reinstalled the messenger but still it's asking me about proxi or firewall - online proxi

You can surf the Internet or is it just your instant messages?
Your firewall probably blocked MSN.
Also open Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options, then click the Connections tab. From there, click on LAN Settings and make sure they have no proxy settings in the "bottom" of the window. Turn off the two fields.
How this question then?
go to your messenger, then go to Settings and change the proxy, which now has a different perception, I'm busy all the time on my work mail.
